Megan Thee Stallion Facing Record Label Issues Ahead Of 'Traumazine' Release

Megan Thee Stallion is going at it with her label again due to issues with song leaks & rollout plans. Her new album Traumazine is set to release at midnight (August 12) & should be her last release on 1501 Certified Entertainment. This isn’t the first time Megan expressed discontent with her label, as frictions have lingered for most of her career since fame. Yesterday, August 10th, Meg went on Twitter to reassure fans & clear up some things about her project/situation. Take a look at her initial tweet below:

Y’all know I always have problems with dropping my music under this label, all these games and having to go to court just to put out my art has been so stressful. Thank you hotties for rocking with me through the bullshit WE ALMOST OUT 👏🏾 LETS STAY FOCUSED AND RUN THIS LAST ONE UP

About Megan’s New Album Traumazine
As mentioned above, Megan is still dropping her new album Traumazine tonight under 1501 Certified Entertainment. This album should be the last on her current contract with the label according to the Texas superstar. Her previous album, Good News, sold over 100,000 units in its first week of release 2 years ago. Traumazine features an 18-song tracklist that includes previously released singles like “Plan B”, “Pressurelicious” & “Sweetest Pie”.

Her new album contains a load of talented guest appearances ranging from her peers & Hip-Hop veterans. Dua Lipa, Jhené Aiko, Rico Nasty, Latto, Key Glock, Pooh Shiesty, Future & more. Which song are you the most excited to stream upon the album’s release later on tonight?

Where Will Meg’s Career Go Next From Here?
Things should hopefully die down between Megan & her label now that this is her last album on her contract. The hot girls are ready for their favorite female artist to finally be out of her troubling label contract. With that being said, there’s a good chance Megan could stay independent & take more control of her career. Alternatively, labels are probably lined up waiting to offer her millions of dollars whenever she departs from 1501 Certified Entertainment. If you were in her position, how would you navigate these choices?
